The first floor master has its own bath and slider out to the deck facing the pool. In addition, the first floor has a bar area with full fridge and dishwasher, for entertaining by the pool, and a full bath, and the two first floor bedrooms have their own sliders out to the mahogany deck, which provides a perfect spot for relaxing and reading a book. The lower level has a family room and bunk room plus an additional sitting room. The spacious second floor is where the kitchen and dining room are as well as the living room and a quiet loft area to sneak away for an afternoon nap or to read a book, plus another full bath. The house has mini-split air conditioning units to keep the air in the home comfortable on humid days.
